No-Show & Cancellation Policy
At MAGY Skin & Health Clinic, we reserve dedicated time and resources to provide each client with personalized, high-quality care. To respect both our practitioners’ time and other clients seeking appointments, we kindly ask that you review and adhere to the following policy.
Appointment Cancellations & Rescheduling
- We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for all appointment cancellations or rescheduling requests.
- Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be considered a late cancellation.
No-Show Policy
- A no-show is defined as failing to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice.
- No-show appointments will result in a fee of 50% of the scheduled service or forfeit of the treatment deposit, where applicable.
Deposits
- Certain treatments and extended appointments may require a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking.
- Deposits will be applied toward your treatment when proper notice is given.
- Deposits are forfeited for late cancellations or no-shows.
Repeated No-Shows or Late Cancellations
- Clients with multiple no-shows or late cancellations may be required to:
- Prepay in full for future appointments, or
- Be restricted from booking certain treatments or time slots.
Appointment Arrival Time
- Please arrive 5–10 minutes early to allow time for check-in and preparation.
- Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment or need to reschedule, and may still be subject to the cancellation policy.
Emergencies
- We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can occur. These situations will be reviewed at the clinic’s discretion.
