Menopause & Midlife Health Program
More than hormones. More than symptom management.
Menopause affects much more than reproductive health. Changes in sleep, mood, cognition, metabolism, body composition, and intimate health can influence how you feel and function every day.
Our menopause program takes a comprehensive approach to this transition, bringing together medical assessment, individualized treatment, preventative health, and ongoing support.
We look beyond individual symptoms to understand the broader picture of your health, helping you navigate perimenopause, menopause, and postmenopause with a plan that evolves alongside you.
Where you are in the transition matters. So does how you're feeling.
You don’t need to have reached menopause to benefit from a conversation about your health.
Our program is designed for women navigating perimenopause, menopause, and postmenopause, whether you’re experiencing noticeable symptoms, struggling to make sense of subtle changes, or simply looking to take a more proactive approach to your long-term health.
Some clients come to us with a specific concern. Others are experiencing several overlapping changes and aren’t sure where to begin. Both are reasons to start a conversation.
A more comprehensive approach to menopause care.
No two women experience menopause the same way. That’s why we don’t believe in a standardized approach to managing it.
Your care begins with an in-depth consultation to understand your symptoms, health history, concerns, and goals.
From there, we develop an individualized management plan that may incorporate hormone therapy, nonhormonal treatments, targeted investigations, nutrition and lifestyle strategies, and preventative health measures.
Our approach is designed to provide continued care rather than a single consultation or prescription. Through scheduled follow-up, we evaluate your progress, adjust your plan when needed, and support your health as your needs change.
Looking at the whole picture.
Menopause care is about more than managing hot flashes.
We consider the interconnected aspects of your health, including sleep, cognitive and emotional well-being, metabolic and cardiovascular health, bone health, sexual and genitourinary health, nutrition, physical activity, and healthy aging.
When clinically appropriate, we can arrange additional laboratory investigations and discuss specialized hormone assessments, including advanced hormone metabolite testing. These are considered selectively, with a clear understanding of their potential benefits and limitations, rather than as a routine requirement for care.
Our goal is to help you understand your health and make informed decisions about what may benefit you, both now and in the years ahead.
Working alongside your primary care provider.
Our menopause program is designed to complement, not replace, your existing primary healthcare.
We provide dedicated menopause-focused assessment and ongoing management, while recognizing the important role your family physician or primary care provider plays in your overall health.
Where appropriate and with your consent, we support coordination of care, referrals, and follow-up to help ensure your management remains connected.
What to expect.
Your care begins with a comprehensive consultation, where we take the time to understand your health history, current concerns, and priorities.
From there, we’ll discuss our findings, outline appropriate options, and determine an individualized approach to your ongoing care.
For clients who proceed with the program, follow-up is incorporated to assess progress, review treatment response, and make adjustments as needed.
There is no one-size-fits-all protocol. The care you receive is guided by what is clinically appropriate for you.
