Women's Health
Care for every part of you.
Menopause can influence nearly every aspect of health—from hormones, sleep, and metabolism to mood, sexual health, skin, and intimate comfort. These changes are interconnected, and we believe the care you receive should reflect that.
At MAGY, we take a comprehensive, individualized approach to women’s health. By combining medical assessment, menopause management, preventative health, and select in-clinic treatments, we help you understand what is changing, explore your options, and make informed decisions about your care.
Whether you’re navigating perimenopause, seeking relief from menopausal symptoms, or addressing concerns related to vaginal and vulvar health, our approach begins with understanding you as a whole.
Menopause Management
Beyond symptom management. A plan for long-term health.
Menopause is a natural transition, but its effects can be far-reaching. Changes in sleep, mood, cognition, body composition, metabolism, and sexual health can influence how you feel and function day to day.
Our comprehensive 12-month Menopause & Midlife Health Program is designed to provide clarity, individualized treatment, and ongoing medical support throughout perimenopause, menopause, and postmenopause.
Rather than focusing exclusively on hormone therapy, we consider the broader picture: your symptoms, medical history, cardiovascular and bone health, lifestyle, and long-term health priorities.
What to expect
An in-depth consultation to understand your symptoms, medical history, menopause stage, lifestyle, and relevant health risks. Laboratory testing and further investigations are arranged when clinically indicated.
A tailored plan that may include menopausal hormone therapy, nonhormonal medications, nutrition, exercise, sleep support, preventive health strategies, and referrals where appropriate.
Scheduled follow-up allows us to assess progress, evaluate treatment response, make adjustments, and support your health as your needs evolve.
Care that extends beyond hormones.
Our program considers the full spectrum of menopause-related health, including:
- Hot flashes and night sweats
- Sleep, mood, and cognitive changes
- Vaginal and sexual health
- Body composition and metabolic health
- Cardiovascular and bone health
- Nutrition, physical activity, and healthy aging
Hormone therapy may be appropriate for some clients, but it is not an automatic recommendation. Your treatment plan is guided by clinical evidence, individual risk factors, and your personal goals.
VAGINAL & URINARY HEALTH
Comfort matters. At every stage.
Hormonal changes, aging, and other health factors can affect vaginal and urinary function. For some women, these changes contribute to dryness, irritation, painful intercourse, or urinary symptoms.
At MAGY, we provide a private, medically informed environment to discuss these concerns, understand their causes, and explore appropriate care.
Treatment may include local hormonal or nonhormonal medical management, pelvic-floor support, and consideration of select procedures when appropriate.
Our available modalities
An advanced hybrid fractional laser designed to address vaginal tissue changes associated with menopause. diVa received an expanded Health Canada indication for the treatment of symptoms associated with genitourinary syndrome of menopause (GSM).
A platelet-rich plasma procedure being investigated for intimate and sexual health concerns. Available evidence remains preliminary, and improvements in sexual function or urinary symptoms cannot be guaranteed.
A nonhormonal topical carboxytherapy gel designed to support hydration and comfort of external intimate skin. It may be considered as a standalone skincare option or alongside selected in-clinic care, where appropriate.
Evidence-based medical options, including local vaginal estrogen, systemic hormone therapy, and nonhormonal therapies, are considered according to your symptoms, medical history, and treatment preferences.
VULVAR HEALTH
Specialized attention to concerns that deserve to be heard.
Persistent vulvar irritation, itching, discomfort, or changes in skin appearance warrant careful medical assessment.
We provide consultation and individualized management for vulvar health concerns, including lichen sclerosus, a chronic inflammatory skin condition that may affect comfort, tissue integrity, and quality of life.
Care may involve appropriate prescription management, skin-care guidance, monitoring, and specialist referral when indicated. Our focus is on symptom control, protecting tissue health, and supporting long-term management.
INTIMATE AESTHETICS
Thoughtful care for personal concerns.
Changes in external skin quality, pigmentation, and tissue volume can occur over time. For clients interested in exploring aesthetic treatment options, we provide individualized assessment in a professional and discreet clinical setting.
Depending on the concern and clinical suitability, options available for discussion may include:
Injectable treatments for external skin hydration and quality.
Selected injectable approaches to address external tissue volume concerns, with careful consideration of anatomy, safety, and the limited clinical evidence in this area.
Targeted treatment of selected external skin concerns using fractional laser technology, subject to appropriate patient selection and review of risks.
Injectable platelet-rich-plasma to support vulvar tissue health.
These are elective treatments. Suitability, expected outcomes, alternative approaches, and potential complications are discussed before proceeding.
OUR APPROACH
Your care begins with a conversation.
You don’t need to know which treatment is right for you before coming in.
We begin by understanding your concerns, evaluating your health, and discussing the options available to you. Sometimes that means medical treatment. Sometimes it involves lifestyle changes, a targeted procedure, or a combination of approaches.
Our goal is to provide thoughtful, personalized care that helps you feel informed, supported, and confident in your decisions.
