Holistic Health & Skin
Look at the Whole Picture.
Nutrition, lifestyle and skin health don’t exist in isolation. Our holistic consultations take a broader look at the factors that can influence how you feel and how your skin behaves—with personalized guidance designed around you.
Whether you’re looking for nutrition support or a more comprehensive approach to your skin, start with a one-on-one consultation.
Two Ways To Start
What Would You Like To Work On?
Your consultation can focus on one of two areas: nutrition + lifestyle or skin health.
Both begin the same way—with time to understand your concerns, current habits, goals and the bigger picture surrounding them.
From there, we’ll create practical recommendations and, where appropriate, a plan for ongoing support.
Nutrition + Lifestyle
Nutrition That Fits Into Real Life.
Good nutrition doesn’t need to mean rigid rules, complicated meal plans or an all-or-nothing approach.
A nutrition-focused consultation takes a closer look at how you’re currently eating, your routines, lifestyle and goals. From there, we help identify realistic opportunities to improve the way you nourish and support your body.
Depending on your needs, your consultation may explore:
- Current eating patterns
- Protein and overall nutrient intake
- Meal structure and planning
- Fibre and hydration
- Energy and everyday eating habits
- Lifestyle and daily routines
- Movement and activity
- Sleep and stress
- Your individual goals and challenges
The focus is practical, personalized guidance you can actually use—not pursuing a perfect diet.
Holistic Skin Assessment
Skin Health Is Part Of A Bigger Picture.
Sometimes skincare alone isn’t the whole conversation.
Our holistic skin assessment looks at your skin alongside factors such as nutrition, lifestyle, sleep, stress, current skincare and daily habits to build a more complete picture of what may be influencing your concerns.
The goal isn’t to assume that every skin concern comes from within. It’s to recognize that skin can be influenced by multiple factors—and sometimes looking beyond the surface gives us useful context.
Your Skin Consultation
Start With The Skin. Then Look Wider.
Your consultation begins with a detailed discussion of your skin history, current routine and concerns.
From there, we’ll explore relevant lifestyle and nutrition factors and assess the skin itself. Where appropriate, advanced skin imaging may also be incorporated to provide additional information about characteristics such as pigmentation, redness, texture and other changes that aren’t always obvious to the naked eye.
Together, these different pieces help us build a thoughtful plan around what your skin actually needs.
Your recommendations may include adjustments to your home skincare routine, lifestyle or nutrition guidance, and appropriate in-clinic skin treatments.
Skin Treatments
Assess First. Treat Second.
Not every skin concern needs the same treatment—and sometimes treatment isn’t the first thing we recommend.
Following your assessment, your practitioner can help determine which skin-focused treatments may complement your plan.
Depending on your individual needs and the services appropriate to your practitioner, recommendations may include treatments such as facials, exfoliating treatments, chemical peels and other non-invasive skin therapies.
When a concern requires medical assessment or a treatment outside the practitioner’s role, we’ll connect you with the appropriate member of our medical team.
The goal is coordinated care, not treating everything with everything.
The MAGY Approach
Skin, In Context.
We believe great skin care starts with understanding the skin—but it doesn’t necessarily end there.
Your products and treatments matter. So can nutrition, lifestyle, consistency and the everyday factors surrounding your skin.
Our holistic approach gives us the space to explore those connections without losing sight of evidence, practicality or your individual goals.
Sometimes that means changing your skincare. Sometimes it’s a treatment. Sometimes it’s looking at an entirely different part of your routine.
The point is understanding what makes sense for you.

Nutrition is one of many factors that can influence skin health. Depending on the concern, genetics, hormones, environment, skincare, medications, stress, sleep and other factors may also play a role.
